Rice and Beans (Arroz Con Habichuelas Negras) a dish can be found in any Spanish home. It's an essential dish during the holiday's such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and of course New Years. However, it can be made anytime during the year. Normally this recipe is made with Gandules, (Pidgeon Peas) but like I've done in this video you can use any type of beans. Try this recipe out.
